1. Who we are

OOBANN BUSINESS ADVISORY SINGLE MEMBER P.C. (“ooBann”), GEMI 172607901000, 15 Mesogeion Avenue, 115 26 Athens, is responsible for the personal data described here. Contact: info@oobann.com.

2. What we collect and why

When you visit this website, your browser automatically sends technical data such as your IP address, which the site uses to work and stay secure and, only if you consent, for analytics (see our Cookies Policy).

When you contact us, we use your name, contact details and message to reply to you. Please do not send us sensitive data, such as health data.

When we work with clients, suppliers and project partners, we hold the business contact details, correspondence, contracts and invoices needed to provide our services, manage the relationship and meet our legal obligations.

Our legal bases are our legitimate interest in running a secure website and our business, the steps taken at your request before a contract, the performance of a contract, your consent for analytics, and the law where it requires us to keep records. We do not sell personal data and we do not take automated decisions about you.

3. Who receives your data

Only the providers that host this website, our email and documents, provide analytics if you consent, and protect the contact form from bots, acting on our instructions; our accountant and advisors; the other parties to a contract or project where required; and public authorities where the law requires.

4. Transfers outside the EEA

We keep personal data in the European Economic Area. Where a provider transfers data outside it, the transfer is covered by a European Commission adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses.

5. How long we keep it

Only as long as needed for the purpose: enquiries until answered and for a reasonable time afterwards; client, supplier and project records for the relationship and then for as long as the law requires, at least five years under Greek tax law; technical logs as long as security needs them.

6. Your rights

You may ask to access, correct, erase, restrict or receive your data, object to processing based on our legitimate interests, and withdraw consent at any time (for cookies, through the cookie settings on this site). Write to info@oobann.com. You may complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority, Kifisias 1 to 3, 115 23 Athens, www.dpa.gr.

7. Security and changes

We apply security measures appropriate to the risk. We update this policy when our practices change; the date at the top shows the version in force.
